Mission Statement: to promote the collie as a family dog in accordance with the wonderful Collie Breed Standard set by the Collie Club of America. |
About the Godlevsky’s;
My husband serves in the military and we are currently stationed at Ft Carson, Colorado. About 12 years ago we started the search for the best family dog, and found the rough collie. Collies have since then become been quite a large part of our family unit; in fact we got our first collie puppy when our daughter Briella was only 3 months old. Our collies have been with us to many parts of the United States, and through the last few PCS moves across country. Showing dogs was something I dreamed of doing as a little girl- and after getting our first pet collie, I knew that we needed to find a show collie from an experienced show breeder. In the last few years we have been lucky to be mentored by the fabulous breeders mother/daughter duo Shelley Bergstraser and Laura Bergstraser-Kling of Wild Wind Collies in Colorado Springs who sold us our first show puppy and introduced us to the world of dog shows. My daughters Briella and Kimber show in Juniors, and my 2 year old son is looking forward to PeeWees when he is 5. We are members of the Collie Club of America, Piedmont Collie Club, Collie Club of Colorado, Colorado Springs Kennel Club, and Collie Health Foundation. Our fun motto is; Win, lose, or poop- we ALWAYS have a great time! The Godlevsky’s, Tyler, Brenna, Hannah, Briella, Kimber, Colt |
